very nice location, quiet in the center, clean and spacious room.

Modern, clean, fantastic breakfast with great selection and super helpful staff, especially Elaine at the front desk.

Remains one of my favorite choices for Hangzhou. Staff very friendly and helpful at front desk. Rooms perfect and spacey, all what is needed.
